まち全体のCIM化プロセス

長野県小布施町は、栗と北斎と花のまちとして、歴史的遺産の中で町の暮らしが生き生きとした観光地として認知度も高い場所です。アーキコンプレックス代表の廣瀬大祐は、長年この町の国道４０３号線の拡幅計画を中心に、リサーチや骨子制作に参画しています。
The town of Obuse in Nagano, known as the town of chestnuts, Katsushika Hokusai and flowers, is highly recognized as a popular tourist destination and is filled with residents who live in an area with strong historical ties.
Archcomplex’s Daisuke Hirose has long participated in research and essential production within the town, mainly with the expansion of Highway 403.

今後拡幅が予定されている国道４０３と同時並行的に、町の入り組んだ民家群と水路網、歩道、里道や国道との現況関係を視覚的に捉えながら周辺計画を進めることで、より豊かなまち空間とできるのではないかと、小布施町の皆さんが期待をしています。

Along with the future expansion of highway 403, advanced planning to understand the relationship between the houses of the town, the waterway network, sidewalks, village roads and highways is also underway.

The citizens of Obuse expect this will bring wealth and prosperity throughout the town.

その計画用事前資料としては、すでに膨大な測量資料があります。しかし、３次元的でかつリアルタイムな資料をして把握することは、容易ではありません。

As for preliminary planning materials, an extravagant amount of surveying resources is available. However, it is not easy to grasp three-dimensional and real-time data.

古民家BIM化のプロセス

今回の試みとしては、ある一定規模の街区をドローンによる点群化で一体的にCIM化(Construction Information Modeling)することと、ある古民家を点群化でBIM化(Building Information Modeling)することの２点です。
In this trial two points were used; CIM (Construction Information Modeling), which integrates set scale city blocks by point grouping through the use of drones, and BIM (Building Information Modeling), which gives us a 3D layout of old housing through point grouping.

これらのBIM情報は、現在の小布施町での各種計画に共有されているばかりでなく、町のみなさまをはじめとする協議者との視覚的な理解に役立っています。
This BIM information is not only used to share current plans in Obuse, but to also provide a visual understanding to both consultants and townspeople.
